Impact Auto Exports offers a safe and secure Transaction process between the buyer and seller with our secure verification process:

We/Client source the vehicle given the full understanding and specifics from the client considering budget together with condition the client expects.
We vet the the vehicle and give the client a full understanding of the history/condition of the vehicle .
Once the client is satisfied with the vehicle then payments proceed. We assist with the VAT refund immediate discount, then we discount the agreed VAT payable to client from the amount the client has to pay on a purchase.
We offer a very flexible payment transfer system giving the client options to either do a forex transfer or pay into a local partner account.
Once all documents are done client is informed on the delivery time which is normally within 14 days.(Realtime update of delivery is given to the client through our Tracking system).We offer both private driver delivery, self drive or courier on our trucks.
Client can as well collect the vehicle from our offices should they choose to courier the vehicle themselves once all documents is ready.
Client pays import duties (Pre clearing the vehicle is optional ) through a government appointed clearing agent or our Agent.
All our vehicles come with a mandatory insurance within South Africa.
Cover for in-transit outside South Africa is at the discretion of the client which is optional.
Client inspects and signs off on the delivery.
